With a focus on the well-being of children, animals, and the environment, the foundation exemplifies a profound sense of accountability towards all sentient beings, striving to leave a lasting, positive impact on the world.

At the core of its mission lies the ethos of ‘Ek Sansaar, Ek Parivaar’ – One world, One family. This vision encapsulates the foundation’s commitment to addressing global challenges with unity and fostering a sense of interconnectedness among all people.

In 2024, The Bajaj Foundation sets its sights on creating a sustainable society & a sustainable tomorrow with a particular focus on E-waste. With a three-pronged approach centered on awareness, advocacy, and actionable solutions, the foundation aims to spearhead initiatives that promote responsible e-waste management and advocate for environmental stewardship.

The foundation’s flagship campaign focuses on sustainability through awareness, advocacy, and action in key impact areas including Environmental Sustainability, Relief Aid, Environmental Restoration, Child Educational Program, Welfare Campaign, and Sports Encouragement Programs.

One notable initiative is the Youth Eco Summit held in Delhi on 18th January 2024, organized by the Bajaj Foundation. This groundbreaking event witnessed over 1800 enthusiastic students from 100+ schools across Delhi/NCR engaging in discussions and activities centered around e-waste and sustainability.

The summit featured notable highlights such as a Children’s Panel discussing mitigating the e-waste crisis, a Waste to Art competition judged by the Kiran Nadar Museum, and engaging jingles created by school students on the theme of e-waste.

Renowned entities including the Ministry of Electronics & IT, United Nations, TERI, the Kiran Nadar Museum of Arts, TECNO Mobiles, Times of India, and BIG FM supported the initiative, serving as a powerful catalyst for empowering young minds with knowledge and awareness.

The key pillars of the Youth Eco Summit include Educate, Engage, Innovate, and Felicitate, collectively addressing the critical issue of e-waste management. Notable speakers and panelists from various sectors contributed to insightful discussions and presentations aimed at exploring solutions for e-waste management and fostering a sustainable future.
